Associate Wealth Advisor Job Description
I. MISSION
Olympus Wealth Management provides sophisticated financial planning and investment management solutions to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. More specifically, it provides sophisticated planning to address the complexities that wealthy families face, investment management tailored to the unique needs and risk profile of its clients, first-class service with a focus on fewer, larger relationships, and a multi-family office that can be a client’s family CFO and gatekeeper.
The Associate Wealth Advisor is an experienced advisor who performs the responsibilities below.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
Business development (20%)
-Develop and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (COI’s), prospects, and clients in coordination with the Wealth Advisor
- Increase firm revenue and assets under management
- Spend time with clients to promote referrals
- Spend time with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals who work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Participate in networking groups where industry representatives gather to share connections
- Attend community networking events
- Participate in industry groups or on boards where we can demonstrate expertise
-Shephard prospects through the due diligence and onboarding process in coordination with the Wealth Advisor
- Coordinate firm resources
- Provide advice and value and integrate team members where appropriate; take the lead on any subject not covered by the specialists
- Lead the pitch
- Stay connected to ensure successful onboarding and transition to team members
-Participate in regular team sales meetings
- Coordinate our collective effort to close new business
- Report and track our progress
Relationship management (70%)
- Act as primary point of contact for relationships identified by the Wealth Advisor
- Ensure client satisfaction through first class service
- Provide advice and value and integrate team members where appropriate; take the lead on any subject not covered by the specialists
- Participate in client meetings as appropriate
Training and mentoring team members (10%)
- Meet with team members on a regular basis
- Cultivate the culture of servant leadership
III. QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in financial planning and advising for HNW/UHNW clients
- Pursuit of or attained CFP® designation
- Pursuit of or attained advanced designation/degree (JD, MBA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, etc.)
- 4-10 years direct advisory experience with HNW/UHNW clients
Skills and Knowledge:

- Effective at time management and multi-tasking
- Strong leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Past use of Salesforce, Black Diamond, and eMoney (Strongly Preferred)
